Hidden impacts of fashion industry on climate change (VR)

X-Ray Fashion is a multisensory VR installation telling the story of hidden impacts of fashion industry on the climate change and other social concerns. The viewer gets to experience the life cycle of how clothes are made, bought and trashed. You are taken through a cotton farm, a sweatshop in Bangladesh, polluted waters in India, busy shopping mall in New York to a catwalk. The movie brings awareness to climate issues of fast fashion. Rovango studio was involved in the movie from the initial concept that won the Uniting4Climate Virtual Reality Pitch Competition to creating art and animation for the final production.
